Every member of the store team is a Partner – from Sales Partner to Store Managing Partner. We believe a successful business Partnership is the combined effort of many talented individuals.  Our stores provide a warm and memorable shopping experience – treating customers like a guest in our own home.

Wholesale

Brighton sells products to wonderful specialty stores across the country, and these storeowners are supported by our wholesale teams – like our account executives who guide them and help them to keep their businesses growing and thriving.

Home Office

Our home office is filled with dedicated people that include our buying staff, account specialists and shipping department that ensure that stores receive their products, artisans who craft our products, and teams that repair and refresh the pieces that women who love Brighton collect – so that they can keep wearing their beautiful accessories.

We offer many benefits when you work with us. A generous employee discount – most Partners receive 50% off personal purchases. Sick time for ALL permanent employees including Part-Time Partners. Giving Back

Throughout the year, we help others as part of Brighton Gives Back.  Causes close to our heart include: collecting shoes for Souls4Soles, donating handbags to support women in need, and raising millions in funds to support research in the fight against breast cancer.
