    The earrings are lovely. The customer service was top notch. One of the earring backs broke when I put them on the first time I wore them. I notified customer service and replacements were sent out immediately.

    The earrings are very pretty but the back broke in two as soon as I put them on. I contacted customer service but my concern was ignored…very disappointing for a company like Brighton.

    The earrings are lovely, however, the disc on the earring back separated from the stainless part of the back the first time I put them on. I contacted customer service and never received a reply about a replacement back for the earrings.
